He is a passionate cancer physician focusing on personalised care of his patients. His passion in the field of oncology makes him a formidable clinician and a top class academic. Dr. Nakra graduated in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the prestigious Government Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai in 2015. He did his post graduation (DNB Radiation Oncology) from the premier Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, New Delhi.

He is one of the few oncologists in the country to have experience in Proton beam therapy from his experience at the Apollo Proton Cancer Centre, Chennai (South east Asia's first PROTON beam therapy centre).

Dr. Nakra has also completed fellowship in Immuno-Oncology from Harvard Medical School, USA and achieved a certificate of achievement from the premier institution. He has a keen interest in the application of ablative high doses of radiotherapy along with Immunotherapy in the treatment of various cancers.

Dr. Nakra is currently working at Jaypee Hospital, Noida. He is also the founder and CEO of The Cancer Expert (www.thecancerexpert.com - Multidisciplinary oncology services platform). He has been actively working in training other doctors in various fields through Fellowship Central (www.fellowshipcentral.org) of which he is the co-founder and the Course Director.
