World Health Organization defines telemedicine as “The delivery of health-care services, where distance is a critical factor, by all health-care professionals using information and communications technologies for the exchange of valid information for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease and injuries, research and evaluation, and the continuing education of health-care workers, with the aim of advancing the health of individuals and communities.”

How Does It Work?

• You can contact us for booking an audio or video consultation with Dr. Vimal Nakra or Dr. Varun Nakra. 
• After you request an appointment, a payment link will be sent to you and you can confirm your appointment after making the payment. Our staff will guide you on the process when you contact us.
• The doctor will call you through audio or video (as per appointment) at the time slot for your consultation.

What You Need

• Email access
• Good internet access
• Computer with camera, speaker and a microphone
  • or
• Smart phone with camera/video and a microphone with "Whatsapp", "Google Duo" or similar apps.

*NOTE : Certain medicines cannot be prescribed via telemedicine as per instructions of The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and such medicines are not prescribed at our clinic online or over calls.
